You know you’re only going to achieve these things by pushing yourself and your limits, and you know, when you look good you feel great! we all need that extra hand (or boot) to help . So that’s what we’re here for. Maybe you want to flatten some wobbly bits before your beach holiday. Maybe you’ve got a physical challenge, race or fight ahead and need motivational kick-start to your training. Perhaps you’ve become bored by your visits to soulless gyms, or chained to your desk? Fancy being able to touch your toes like you did when you were seven? Or are you just loving the idea of a few days stretching your legs (and the rest of you) in a great part of the country with a great group of people?

Whatever it is that’s led you to us now, Chris Crudelli’s highly successful training programme cannot fail to help you meet – and exceed – any of the expectations listed above.

Our weeks revolve around military-based group exercise, Yoga, Taichi and cutting edge nutritional research, not to mention training tips and tricks that Chris has picked up from many world-class experts he trained with himself in the years he spent travelling around Asia.

But we have a bit more of a holistic approach to our training than other camps. Holistic doesn’t mean easy. It just means we help refocus your whole(istic) attitude to your fitness and to stresses which may otherwise impact your health, and for this we use a few other more gentle techniques besides running.

We introduce some yoga, for suppleness. And Tai Chi, for inner calm. Of course there will be nutritional information and guidance too, all alongside your delicious, healthy meals cooked for you by our great chefs.

You’ll be training with a group of like-minded people with similar goals to your own. Everybody knows that training with other people is easier, more motivating, and far more fun than it is alone. Add this to the fact that you and your group of new training buddies will be in The Great Outdoors and you’ll soon realise that you can achieve in one day what you could otherwise do in a month. Trudging to the gym and queuing up behind the other zombies for your turn on a soggy treadmill is so uninspiring most of us aren’t physically capable of doing it without the iPod blasting and the rolling TV news headlines drawing all attention somewhere far away. When did exercise get so boring that we had to do everything we can to detach our mind from what our body’s doing?

We’ll make sure both your body and your mind are present in what you’re doing so you’ll loose weight, look good & feel great! That’s holistic.

Not only that you’ll return home toned, stretched, with wildly improved fitness levels and armed with better knowledge about nutrition. You’ll also take away a calmness so that when you land back at your chaotic desk, or in the lawless bedlam of home life, you’ll feel less on edge and therefore less likely to go in search of something to anaesthetise the agitation. Like donuts.

We’ll help you change old habits, and we’ll challenge you. With our help, you’ll push yourself to that goal – and beyond it.

Bring your mind and your body, we’ll bring our boots. At this camp we’ll use them to give you that proverbial kick up the bum you need. But we’ll also give you all the information you need to give yourself a kick up the ass whenever you need one in the future. And we’ll take you away from your computer and your desk and all those blinking lists, and we’ll lead you to the countryside where you’ll absorb heady levels of detoxing oxygen. We’ll talk to you about nutrition whilst feeding you healthy, nourishing meals. Then you get to take home the rewards.
